FORM is the musician, producer, vocalist, and songwriter behind Cold Arc. A veteran of the early 2000s nu-metal scene who spent nearly a decade in audio production before returning to heavy music, FORM brought everything learned in the years away back to a genre that had shaped him. Broken Signal was written and recorded over three years — entirely alone, entirely by design.
FORM is also the musician behind Oleanderia, the nocturnal trip hop project released on Formwave Studio in 2026.
